Welcome to Masaab Store. By accessing masaabstore.com or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

1. About Us

Masaab Store is a United States based eCommerce retailer selling a general range of consumer goods. Our catalogue includes beauty and personal care items such as lip balms and alcohol-free fragrances, apparel, toys and children’s accessories, watches, phone stands and cases, and small consumer electronics and home gadgets. Products are added and discontinued over time, so the range available on the website at any moment is the current range. We operate exclusively online and ship within the United States only.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order. By purchasing, you confirm you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Products and Descriptions

We work to describe products accurately but do not warrant that descriptions, colors, dimensions, or other details are error-free. Product photos are illustrative, and packaging may change without notice. Where a product's appearance varies naturally between units — for example an item containing a real dried flower, or a tint that develops differently on different skin — the photographs show representative examples rather than the exact unit you will receive. All products are subject to availability, and we may limit quantities or discontinue items at our discretion.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are in US Dollars and exclude sales tax, which is calculated at checkout where applicable. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, including after an order is placed; affected orders may be cancelled and refunded in full. Payment must be authorized before an order ships. Only one discount code may be used per order unless stated otherwise.

5. Order Acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. Our confirmation email acknowledges receipt but does not constitute acceptance; a contract is formed when we ship your order. We may refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, stock shortages, or breach of these Terms.

6. Shipping, Returns, and Cancellations

Our Shipping Policy and our Return & Refund Policy — which also covers order cancellations — are incorporated into these Terms by reference. In summary: we ship to the United States only; standard shipping is free on every order; orders are dispatched by our overseas fulfilment partner and delivery is typically 7–15 business days in transit, with no customs charges or import duties payable by you; and you have 30 days from delivery to request a return, with free return shipping. Certain items, including opened cosmetics, cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. The Return & Refund Policy sets out the full list of exclusions and the exceptions that always apply to damaged, defective or incorrect items. If a summary here differs from those policies, the policies govern.

7. Product Use and Safety

Use every product only for its intended purpose and follow all instructions, warnings and age guidance supplied with it.

Cosmetics, lip care and fragrance. These products are for external use only. Do not apply to broken or irritated skin. If you have sensitive skin or a known allergy, patch test on a small area first and check the ingredient information on the packaging. Stop using the product and seek medical advice if irritation, swelling or a rash occurs. Keep out of reach of children and do not swallow. Our product descriptions are cosmetic descriptions only. They are not medical, dermatological or allergy advice, and no product sold on this site is intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition.

Toys and children’s products. Observe the age guidance on the packaging. Items containing small parts, magnets, cords or button cell batteries are not suitable for young children and should be used under adult supervision.

Electronics and rechargeable items. Charge only with the cable or adapter supplied, or an equivalent certified one. Do not immerse an item in water unless it is stated to be waterproof, do not expose it to extreme heat, and stop using any item whose battery becomes hot, swollen or damaged. Dispose of batteries and electrical items in line with local regulations.

Apparel, watches and accessories. Follow the care, sizing and cleaning guidance provided. Where a water-resistance rating is stated, note that water resistance is not permanent and can be reduced by age, wear and impact.

We are not liable for injury, loss or damage caused by using a product other than as intended, or contrary to the instructions and warnings supplied with it. Nothing in this section limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our site unlawfully; copy, scrape, or resell our content, images, or product data; attempt unauthorized access to our systems; introduce malicious code; interfere with site operation; submit false or fraudulent information; or place orders for resale without our written authorization.

9. Intellectual Property

All site content, including logos, text, graphics, photographs, layouts, and code, is owned by Masaab Store or our licensors and protected by law. You may not use it without our written consent.

10. User Submissions

If you send us a review, photo, or comment, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, and adapt it for marketing and store purposes, and you confirm you own the rights to it. We may remove any submission at our discretion. We do not publish submissions as customer reviews unless they come from a verified customer and are presented as that person’s own words.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

Except for any express written warranty we provide, our website and products are supplied on an as is and as available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Masaab Store and its owners, employees, and agents are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total aggregate liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to that claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Masaab Store from any claim, loss, liability, or expense, including reasonable attorney fees, arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of our products or site.

14. Third-Party Links

We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party websites linked from our store.

15. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect and how it is used, including for analytics and advertising measurement. It forms part of your agreement with us and controls over these Terms on any question about personal information.

16. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Before pursuing formal action, you agree to contact us at info@masaabllc.com so we may attempt to resolve the matter in good faith within 30 days. Any unresolved dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Collin County, Texas.

17. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. These Terms, together with our posted policies, form the entire agreement between you and Masaab Store.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted, and continued use of the site constitutes acceptance.
