• International orders: Orders are processed within 7-10 business days after payment confirmation.
• Processing includes payment verification, quality checks, and packaging.
• Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Order Modifications

If you need to change your order (address, item, or quantity), please contact us within 12-24 hours at INFO@MASAABLLC.COM. We cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.

Stock Availability

In the rare event an item is out of stock after ordering, we will notify you promptly and offer a replacement, backorder, or full refund.
